Alvin is a fitness coach who believes fitness is a basis for overall health. This belief stems from his personal experience of utilizing fitness to lose 60 pounds. Since, Alvin has acquired certificates in personal training, mobility, strength and conditioning, and group fitness to help people build their own confidence through fitness. With the goal of providing everyone the tools to navigate their own fitness journey, Alvin strives to create an experience suitable to the individual's needs.
I appreciate SWIM for recognizing trauma. It is common for trauma to be overlooked and the individuals who are affected to be misunderstood. SWIM welcomes people into an amazing space for people to feel seen and cope. I am excited to be a wellness provider at SWIM! Keep it simple!
